Library Company of Philadelphia Postdoctoral Fellowships

Each year the Library Company awards long-term postdoctoral fellowships that support advanced research in residence in the collections of the Library Company and our Fellowships Program partner, the Historical Society of Pennsylvania. Scholars at any stage of their career are welcome to apply.

Mellon Postdoctoral Fellowship in Design at Wesleyan

Wesleyan University’s Center for Pedagogical Innovation invites applications for an Andrew W. Mellon Postdoctoral Fellowship in Design beginning July 1, 2017. We seek a scholar who is broadly trained in the many areas of design across the arts, humanities, and humanistic social sciences, including familiarity with engineering as it relates to a liberal arts curriculum. Candidates will be expected to have an advanced degree in a field related to design in hand or near completion. The teaching load is 2/1. Additional duties include

Bernheim Post-doctoral Fellowship "Social Responsibility in Economic Life"

Thanks to the continued support of the Emile Bernheim Foundation, and as part of the project « Social Responsibility in Economic Life », one or two Bernheim Post-Doctoral Fellowship will be awarded to scholars to do research on Social Responsibility in Economic Life at Louvain's Hoover Chair of Economic and Social Ethics. The Fellowship amounts to approximately EUR 2300 per month (plus social security contributions) for a duration of up to four months. The planned fellowships will take place at any time during the academic year 2017-2018.

Cassius Marcellus Clay Postdoctoral Fellowship in colonial or revolutionary North American and Atlantic history

The Yale University Department of History invites applications for the Cassius Marcellus Clay Postdoctoral Fellowship.  This two-year fellowship supports research in colonial or revolutionary North American and Atlantic history. The fellow will be affiliated with the Yale Early American Historians (YEAH) and is expected to participate in their activities and to teach one course during the two years of the fellowship. Salary is $58,000 plus benefits and a research budget.
