La Fondation Flora Blanchon distribue des aides à des doctorants ou bien à de jeunes chercheur post-doctorants conduits à voyager pour mener à bien leurs recherches (bibliothèques, fonds d’archives, centre de documentation, musées, etc.). Disciplines concernées par les aides : Histoire de l’art – archéologie – histoire.

The Government Office for Science offers UK Intelligence Community (IC) Postdoctoral Research Fellowships to outstanding early career science or engineering researchers. These Fellowships are designed to promote unclassified basic research in areas of interest to the intelligence, security and defence communities.

Créée en 2014, la Fondation « Jean LECLANT » a pour but d’aider la recherche archéologique dans la vallée du Nil (Égypte, Soudan) et la publication des travaux d’égyptologie. Elle pourra, le cas échéant, soutenir des actions scientifiques de haut niveau menées dans d’autres pays du monde que Jean LECLANT affectionnait (Proche-Orient, Japon, Chine).

Due à la générosité de Mme Marie-Françoise Leclant et conformément aux volontés que son époux lui avait exprimées, la Fondation agit en attribuant un prix annuel dénommé « Prix Jean et Marie-Françoise LECLANT ».

The French Red Cross Foundation has decided to join forces with the AXA Research Fund to launch a call for applications for two postdoctoral fellowships on the theme of sanitary and climatic risk management in developing countries. The AXA Research Fund supports scientists and institutions of excellence whose research is linked to the environment, health, new technologies and socio-economic risk. Applications can focus on one of the three following research themes.

The French Red Cross Foundation has decided to join forces with the Fondation Crédit Coopératif to launch a call for applications for two postdoctoral fellowships on the place and impact of social and solidarity economy action in the management of the European migration crisis. The Fondation Crédit Coopératif actively supports research on and for the social and solidarity economy (SSE), with the aim of creating a bridge between the fruits of research in the social sciences and humanities and the practices of SSE actors.

The French Red Cross Foundation, a research organisation dedicated to humanitarian and social action, carries the will of the French Red Cross to commit to an effort of analysis with regard to suffering and ways of addressing it, anticipating the needs of vulnerable populations in France and in developing countries, and supporting new models for operations, training and capacity reinforcement. As such, the Foundation has decided to launch a call for applications for a postdoctoral fellowship on the transformations of international humanitarian aid.

La Bibliothèque nationale de France publie chaque année un appel à chercheurs et chercheuses afin de s’associer le concours de jeunes chercheurs et chercheuses à des fins d’étude et de valorisation de ses collections, en priorité celles inédites, méconnues ou insuffisamment décrites.

In partnership with the Institut du Genre, the Foundation for the Memory of the Shoah offers a doctoral and a post-doctoral grant for young researchers working on the history of Jewish women in France during the Second World War and the post-war period (1939-late 1950s).

The applicants may be French or foreign students, duly registered in a doctoral program and linked to a research team. Awarded for one year, the grants may be extended on request.
