Science in Human Culture (SHC) is a unique interdisciplinary program within Northwestern University that seeks to make sense of crucial changes over time in science, technology, medicine, and the environment. SHC provides students and faculty alike an opportunity to bridge the worlds of scientific expertise and culture and develop the critical tools needed to understand the effects of these systems around the world.
