University Alliance Ruhr (UA Ruhr)

In the University Alliance Ruhr (UA Ruhr), the three largest universities in Germany’s thriving Ruhr area have joined forces: the TU Dortmund University, the Ruhr-University Bochum, and the University of Duisburg-Essen. Four research centres and one college were founded in 2021 under the umbrella of the Research Alliance Ruhr which promotes the advancement of international cutting-edge research within the UA Ruhr:
