PRÉCIS Postdoctoral Research Associate

The University Center for Human Values (UCHV) invites applications for Postdoctoral Research Associates. We are hiring postdoctoral associates for Lara Buchak and Andrew Chignell's research project Philosophy, Religion, and Existential Commitment in Society, part of the Princeton Project in Philosophy of Religion (3PR). The candidate will have a Ph.D. in Philosophy or Religion (or related fields) and be prepared to do research on topics related to the project. The initial appointment is for one year with the possibility of renewal for a second year pending satisfactory performance.

UCHV Fellows in Law and Normative Thinking

The University Center for Human Values invites practitioners, faculty members of any discipline and independent scholars to apply for visiting residential fellowships for 2025-26. Scholars are expected to reside in or around Princeton or demonstrate to the program’s satisfaction the ability to be on campus daily. The fellowship is a full-time commitment that typically extends from September 1 to June 1.  

CURE Call for application

The Käte Hamburger Centre for Cultural Practices of Reparation (CURE) at Saarland University is an institute for advanced study, funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) since 2024. Each year, up to twelve international fellows conduct research at the centre. For the centre’s second academic year (October 2025 to September 2026), we are inviting applications for both junior and senior fellowships for a period of up to twelve months.
