Are you looking to join a small, but dynamic team working on the issues of environmental mobilities and migrations through the lens of gender? If the answer is yes, you are in right place. We have three openings on our team. The postdoctoral researchers on this post will join the GENDEREDCLIMATEMIG team hosted at the PRINTEMPS research center, affiliated to the Université Versailles Saint Quentin (UVSQ) component of Paris Saclay University. GENDEREDCLIMATEMIG is a research project funded by the European Research Council over 5 years (2023-2028).

Census Fellowship in the Reception of Antiquity (Humboldt-Universität x Bibliotheca Hertziana x Warburg Institute)

The Institut für Kunst- und Bildgeschichte, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, the Bibliotheca Hertziana – Max Planck Institute for Art History, and the Warburg Institute, School of Advanced Study, University of London, are pleased to announce a fellowship in Berlin, Rome, and London, offered at either the predoctoral or postdoctoral level.

BIBLIOTHECA HERTZIANA Curatorial Research Fellowships

The Bibliotheca Hertziana – Max Planck Institute for Art History in Rome offers Curatorial Research Fellowships with a duration of three months to museum curators for projects on Italian art history from Late Antiquity to the present day in the context of their respective museum activities (e.g. curatorial research for the preparation of an exhibition or the editing of an inventory catalogue). A correlation to the current research priorities of the Bibliotheca Hertziana is welcome.

CALAS/HIAS fellowship in Germany

The Maria Sibylla Merian Center for Advanced Latin American Studies in the Humanities and Social Sciences (CALAS) and the Hamburg Institute for Advanced Study (HIAS) appoint outstanding scholars, scientists, and artists from Latin American research institutions to pursue their research projects for four months on-site in Hamburg and two months at Bielefeld University, Germany.

Bourse Yavarhoussen (INHA)

Applicants must propose a research project that enriches the knowledge of the history of art in Madagascar. The fellowship can be used to partially fund ongoing research, but the submitted project can also take other forms: artist monograph, study of a body of work, or study of unknown or little-known archival or photographic collections. Applicants may also present a research topic on Malagasy heritage preserved in one or more museums in France, with a view to integrating the project “From Objects to Practices: Madagascar in French Public Collections,” led by the INHA.
