The Institute for Information Law (IViR) at the University of Amsterdam is the academic partner in the EU-Horizon Europe Consortium MOBIFREE, which consists of 12 partners in 5 countries. Mobifree strives for the development of a human-centered framework for the co-creation and assessment of a mobile software ecosystem built around ethical values, including  operating systems, app stores, user applications, as well as cloud connectivity protocols (MOBIFREE software).

Katekisama Fellowships

Global intellectual exchange is at the heart of the Katekisama Program. To stimulate these forms of academic collaboration, the Program entails two forms of fellowships: Katekisama Visiting Fellowships are announced once a year, the call for application aims to attract researchers who share the Program’s commitment to interdisciplinary thinking and intellectual curiosity and who intend to contribute to substantial new development in globality research. The changing focus of the Fellowships reflects the different annual themes of the Katekisama Program.

Center for Research on Extremism (C-REX) at the Department of Political Science is recruiting a Postdoctoral Fellow (SKO 1352) with specialisation in extremism and related topics (e.g., Islamophobia, Anti-Semitism, and Racism) in Norway.
