Hench Post-Dissertation Fellowship at the American Antiquarian Society

The Hench Post-Dissertation Fellowship offers splendid opportunities for collegiality with and mentoring from the staff, other visiting fellows, and the academic community in and near Worcester, Massachusetts. Recipients of other AAS fellowships--academic scholars as well as creative and performing artists and writers--will be in residence for varying periods of time throughout the Hench Fellow's year long tenure.

Ikerbasque Research Professors

Ikerbasque offers 10 permanent contract positions for senior researchers willing to develop a long-term scientific career in the Basque Country. These positions are financed by the Basque Government, the European Commission and the host institution where the researcher will develop her/his research: therefore the acceptance letter of the host institution is mandatory.

Helsinki Collegium for Advanced Studies Postdoctoral Fellowships in the Arts

The Kone Foundation postdoctoral fellowship in the arts aims to develop new forms of cooperation and dialogue between art and scholarship. The positions are primarily intended for persons holding a doctoral degree in the arts. National Gallery of Art Andrew W. Mellon Postdoctoral Curatorial Fellowship

The National Gallery of Art is pleased to announce a postdoctoral curatorial fellowship for 2017–2020 funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. This is a two-year fellowship with the possibility of renewal for a third year. The fellowship provides curatorial training and supports scholarly research related to the collection of the National Gallery of Art. The fellow is fully integrated into a specific curatorial department with duties, privileges, and status equivalent to those of an assistant curator.

Les chercheur-euses devront fournir un travail de recherche régulier sur l’une ou plusieurs des thématiques susmentionnées. Ils/Elles seront amenés à effectuer des déplacements et des enquêtes de terrain dans les différents pays d’étude. Ils/Elles travailleront sous la supervision de la coordinatrice scientifique du programme et en lien étroit avec l’équipe de core-researchers. Ils/Elles auront à fournir régulièrement un état d’avancement de leur travail. Ils/Elles s’engagent à publier dans le cadre du programme et à participer aux travaux collectifs.
