Phil Zwickler Memorial Research Grants

Since 2002, Cornell University Library has been able to offer select scholars financial assistance for expenses incurred when they come to conduct research on sexuality with sources in the Division of Rare and Manuscript Collections (RMC). The Phil Zwickler Memorial Research Grants, made possible through the generosity of the Phil Zwickler Charitable and Memorial Foundation, have assisted numerous exciting projects. Applications are due by May 31. Awards will be made within a month, and research must be completed within a year.

Description 

Postdoctoral fellowship is awarded once a year to an outstanding candidate in one of the many research fields practiced at STRI. Successful candidate will conduct a three-year research program based at a STRI facility, typically in the lab of a staff scientist who serves as host or advisor on the project.

Eligibility 

Researchers whose Ph.D. studies are completed before fellowship begins.
