The Female Science Talents Intensive Track goes into its third round! For the year 2024, we are looking for 20 exceptionally talented women in science from all disciplines to take part in our one-year intensive programme.

Expanding your research profile in a new environment of excellence is essential for sustainable professional development. One key to success is mobility: The Erwin Schrödinger program gives highly qualified postdocs the opportunity to pursue career-enhancing stays at internationally renowned research institutions, and also provides them with support after their return to Austria.

Target group

This program is aimed at highly qualified postdocs of all disciplines in the early stages of their research career.

NOTE: Due to serious budgetary cuts there will be no further calls for the German Chancellor Fellowship Programme.
• The fellowships granted to the current cohort of Federal Chancellor Fellows 2023/24 will continue unchanged. All events and networking activities will take place as planned.
• In Spring 2024, 25 Federal Chancellor Fellows were selected for the 2024/25 cohort. All events and networking activities will take place as planned.
