Evidence is needed on how the RRI approach, in particular the opening up of the innovation process to social actors, can improve the development process and the quality of the final outcomes of research and innovation in the industrial context. Existing initiatives such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have set first steps but improved business governance is needed that deeply embeds creativity, scalability, responsiveness, "glocality", circularity and societal engagement.

Specific Challenge

L’Académie des sciences et le National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) de Taïwan attribuent chaque année un grand prix scientifique franco-taïwanais à une équipe de chercheurs (l’un travaillant dans une institution taiwanaise et l’autre dans une institution française) pour leurs contributions et réalisations scientifiques, et leur engagement à les poursuivre et à les développer.

Le montant du prix est de 40 000 € à partager à parts égales entre les lauréats de l'année.
