The Research center at the International Institute of Puppetry is offering two programs for research residencies (one with the other without grant) to encourage scholarly research about puppetry, to support and mentor artistic creation, and to strengthen the links between the research and artistic communities.

The research residencies at the International Institute of Puppetry are open to scholars, artists and postgraduate students from anywhere in the world.

The reseach laboratories affiliated to the ten Research Departement of Universite Bretagne Loire is hiring Postdoctoral Fellows.

Several offers concern transdisciplinary researches at the interface of several domains.

Eligibility criteria

Candidates must hold a PhD. The thesis defense must have taken place after 31/08/2014 (Periods of sickness, maternity or parental leave shall not be counted in this 3 years period).

An international experience in research is required (during or after Doctorate).
