The Korea Institute at Harvard University welcomes affiliation requests from applicants for the 2024-25 Korea Foundation Postdoctoral Fellowship. This program supports post-doctoral research and teaching in the arts and humanities and the social sciences. Fellowships for postdoctoral study at the Korea Institute (KI) are funded by the Korea Foundation's Postdoctoral Fellowship Program in Seoul.
The Lakshmi Mittal and Family South Asia Institute, Harvard University is pleased to offer the Raghunathan Family Fellowship to support recent PhDs in the humanities and social sciences related to South Asia. Research topics can cover any period of South Asian history or contemporary South Asia.
An Wang Postdoctoral Fellowships have historically supported junior scholars in any discipline of Chinese studies. Postdoctoral fellows are chosen from a competitive selection process. An Wang Fellows spend one year at the Fairbank Center working on research for a book manuscript or articles. In addition, they deliver research presentations to the Fairbank Center community and mentor the Center’s graduate student associates.

The Past & Present Society(Opens in new window) and the Institute of Historical Research will offer two Postdoctoral Visiting Fellowships in History, tenable at the Institute of Historical Research. Each Fellowship will be for 2 Years, beginning in October 2025. Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate a broad interest in processes of social, economic, political, and cultural change, as manifested in their field of study.

A Research Support Grant is an award of up to £2,000 towards the expenses incurred in visiting collections, libraries, archives or historic sites within the United Kingdom or abroad for research purposes.
Every year one Rome Fellowship is offered to allow an individual the unique opportunity to undertake three months of dedicated research and work on a visually focused topic relating to cultural contact, exchange and influence between Britain (including its historical Empire and Commonwealth) and Italy, whilst being based at the British School at Rome (BSR).
