Go international

The Center for Advanced Studies at LMU Munich is a forum for intensive international academic exchange. Its purpose is to promote cooperation with national and international Visiting Fellows who work closely on collaborative projects with LMU professors. In order to intensify cooperation between researchers at LMU Munich and leading experts from other universities, the Center has set up a major new program, the CAS Research Groups, and herein offers Fellowships in the Research Group "Editing Metaphysics".

The fellow program has come to an end and will not be reopened

The Käte Hamburger Kolleg Dynamics in the History of Religions between Asia and Europe invites applications for Research Fellowships for periods of 3 to 6 months during the academic year October 2018 - September 2019.

Doctoral students, postdoctoral researchers and scholars working on questions related to science and religion, at Harvard or beyond, are eligible to apply for research associate status with the Science, Religion and Culture program. Research associates carry out their own research in connection with the program’s intellectual life. They have access to leadership and professional development opportunities, peer support, and a broad collaborative community doing work at the nexus of multiple fields.

Young and research-intensive, Nanyang Technological University (NTU Singapore) is ranked 13th globally. It is also placed 1st amongst the world’s best young universities. The Earth Observatory of Singapore (EOS) at NTU is a national science Research Centre of Excellence. Its mission is to conduct fundamental research on earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunami and climate change in and around Southeast Asia, toward safer and more sustainable societies.
