Research Fellows are experienced researchers who play a central role in GovAI’s research agenda. They conduct independent, high-quality research with direct relevance to governance and policy and contribute to our vibrant intellectual community.

Ziel der Vergabe ist die Nachwuchsförderung durch Auszeichnung von Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftlern, die auf dem Gebiet des hohen Mittelalters (Kunstgeschichte, Archäologie, Geschichte, Kirchen-, Liturgie- oder Rechtsgeschichte, Literaturwissenschaft, Theologie etc.) herausragende Forschungsleistungen erbracht haben.
The Paul Bunge Prize of the Hans R. Jenemann Foundation is now open for applications for the award next year. The prize is endowed with 7,500 euros and honors studies on the history of scientific instruments. It is awarded for individual works from the last five years or for lifetime achievements. Works can be submitted in German, English or French. Both self-applications and nominations are welcome.
The awarding of the prize is decided by the foundation's advisory board, which is supported by the GDCh and the German Bunsen Society for Physical Chemistry.
The seed funding is designed for early-career postdoctoral scholars and aims to provide financial support to kick-start new, innovative research projects. The funds can be used locally, there is no need to come to Regensburg to be eligible for this grant. The deadline for application is 30 September 2025.
Gale and NACBS seek applications for 5 Gale-NACBS Non-Residential Fellowships, which will support research or teaching projects that rely on Gale Primary Sources, including those held in Gale’s British Library Newspapers series and Decolonization collection, and use digital humanities methodologies.
