En 2023, la Villa Médicis-Académie de France à Rome et le CNRS ont souhaité mettre en place une collaboration fondée sur des Résidences de « Recherche, Arts et Création », permettant à des chercheurs et chercheuses du CNRS d’être accueillis à la Villa Médicis.

The TORCH International Engagement Fund

TORCH (The Oxford Research Centre in the Humanities) aims to stimulate and support interdisciplinary research activity. The TORCH International Engagement Fund supports such collaborations explicitly with partners outside the UK. TORCH thus invites applications from researchers in the Humanities seeking funding for international activity.

Columbia University invites applications for István Deák Visiting Professorship(s) in East Central European Studies for one semester (fall or spring) in the academic year 2026-2027. The professorship, commemorating Professor Deák’s legacy of excellence in research and teaching, is open to scholars who have active interest and accomplishments in East and Central European studies. Appointment(s) will be open-rank, to be filled at any level from Visiting Assistant to Visiting Full Professor.

We are seeking to appoint a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Nature and Human Health and Wellbeing. The researcher would conduct innovative research exploring the relationships between exposure to nature/biodiversity and human mental or physical health, as part of a multidisciplinary team. The exact nature of this research is not specific: we welcome applications from a broad range of disciplines, including the natural, social and medical sciences and the humanities. Interdisciplinary approaches are particularly welcome.
