Come to France

Objective: providing support to eminent researchers coming to join the academic community on a long-term basis and bringing new skills to the Bordeaux site.

Support is proposed to senior researchers of international standing applying to one of the identified permanent professor or senior researcher positions during the 2018 recruitment campaigns.

Together with partner universities, schools and national research bodies, IdEx Bordeaux identifies positions opened in the annual recruitment campaign for the creation of Senior chairs.

The Fondation Maison des sciences de l’homme (FMSH) and  the Research Council of Norway (NFR)   offer short-term fellowships of one months in France for young researchers from Norway who have presented their thesis from 2012.

This research stay is designed to enable researchers to conduct research studies in France: field enquiries, library and archives work. 

This call is part of the Atlas short-term postdoctoral mobility programme offered by the FMSH and its partners.

 Le laboratoire d’excellence ASLAN Advanced Studies on Language Complexity ouvre un appel à candidature pour le recrutement de quatre chercheurs postdoctoraux.

Leur projet de recherche doit s’insérer dans les objectifs scientifiques d’ASLAN et s’inscrire dans l’un des profils indiqués ci-dessous. En fonction de leur projet, les personnes recrutées seront affectées au laboratoire DDL (Dynamique Du Langage) ou ICAR (Interactions,  Corpus, Apprentissages, Représentations).

The Fulbright-Schuman Program, administered by the Commission for Educational Exchange between the United States and Belgium, is jointly financed by the U.S. State Department and the Directorate-General for Education and Culture of the European Commission. It funds projects exclusively dealing with U.S.-EU relations, EU institutions, or EU policy.

Conduct research in area of specialization.

In addition to being a prestigious academic exchange program, the Fulbright Program is a public diplomacy initiative designed to expand and strengthen relationships between the people of the United States and citizens of other nations. To support this mission, Fulbright Scholars will be asked to give public talks, mentor students, and otherwise engage with the host community, in addition to their primary research or teaching activities.

Grants may begin any time after September 2018.
