The Center for Khmer Studies (CKS) provides in-country research fellowships for US, Cambodian and French scholars (or EU citizens holding a degree from a French university) and doctoral students on a yearly basis.
CKS Senior Fellows are given direct funding for their research, access to in-country resources, and provided with logistical support and contacts while in-country.

The International Research Center for Japanese Studies is one of the constituent institutions of the National Institutes for the Humanities, which was established as an Inter-University Research Institute Corporation under a law effective April 2004. Founded in May 1987 as an inter-university research institute of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, this Center seeks to promote comprehensive, international, and interdisciplinary research on Japanese culture, and to foster cooperation among researchers in Japanese studies worldwide.

Nuffield College and the Health Economics Research Centre (HERC) at the University of Oxford’s Nuffield Department of Population Health (NDPH) seek to recruit a Post-Doctoral Researcher in Data Science to work with Professor Ray Duch (Director of the Nuffield CESS) on the Oxford REAL Demand research project. The Oxford REAL Demand Centre is a research collaboration, funded by the UK Health Foundation, that conducts experimental research on global policy challenges with a focus on the health sector (see more https://oxford-candour.com/).
The Mellon Fellowship of Scholars in the Humanities program is a unique opportunity for recent PhD recipients in the humanities to develop as scholars and teachers. Up to four fellowships will be awarded for a two-year term (with the possibility of a third year extension). Fellows teach two courses per year in one of Stanford’s humanities departments or interdisciplinary programs, where they will be provided office space and a faculty mentor. Fellows will also be affiliated with the Stanford Humanities Center and will have the opportunity to be active in its programs and workshops.

The Europainstitut / Institute for European Global Studies of the University of Basel (Switzerland) welcomes applications for a visiting fellowship (up to 3 months) between September and December 2025. The thematic focus for this year’s fellowship is on international economics, with specific expertise in international trade, European integration or international macroeconomics. An additional research interest in interdisciplinary areas such as Economic History or Law and Economics is welcome but not a requirement. Closing date for applications is 6 April 2025.
