The NATO Defense College currently offers eight fellowships each year in the field of defence and security policy research related to NATO and its Partners. The objective is to promote research and policy analysis in areas of particular interest to the NATO Member States, as well as to countries that are part of the Partnership for Peace (PfP), Mediterranean Dialogue (MD) and Other Military Cooperation (OMC) / Partners Across the Globe (PAG) frameworks. Since the Programme’s inception in 1993, the NDC has awarded more than 120 fellowships.

In order to facilitate more career paths in Danish research and increase the mobility in Danish research environments, DFF funds mobility grants to enable researchers who are in the beginning of their research careers to carry out research projects based on their own scientific interests, at research institutions in Denmark as well as abroad.

DFF–MOBILEX mobility grants are awarded for a period of 24 months. In 2016, up to 16 grants will be available.

La Fondation Maison des sciences de l’homme (FMSH) et le CEFRES offrent à des post-doctorants de France un soutien à la mobilité de 1000 € par mois pour des périodes de 2 à 6 mois. Seront soutenus des projets de recherche qui peuvent s’inscrire dans la politique scientifique du CEFRES, en synergie avec ses chercheurs ou ses partenaires de République tchèque. Les demandes de séjour visant à initier des projets scientifiques collaboratifs avec nos partenaires en Europe centrale sont valorisées. Les projets interdisciplinaires sont bienvenus.

La Fondation Maison des Sciences de l’Homme (FMSH) et l'Institut Français d'Études Andines (IFEA) proposent à des postdoctorant.e.s résidant en France et ayant soutenu leur thèse à partir de 2020, une aide à la mobilité pour réaliser un séjour de recherche de 3 mois dans les pays andins (Pérou, Colombie, Équateur, Bolivie).

Seront soutenus des projets de recherche qui s’inscrivent dans la politique scientifique de l’IFEA, en synergie avec ses chercheurs et ses partenaires. Les projets interdisciplinaires sont bienvenus.

Créée en 2010 suite au décès de Günther Wagemann, la Fondation Ernst & Margarete Wagemann a pour vocation d’accorder des bourses à des étudiant(e)s français(es), pour commencer ou poursuivre des études dans des universités allemandes.

En 2015, la Fondation attribuera des allocations post-doctorales pour soutenir de jeunes doctorant(e)s souhaitant réaliser un séjour long (6 – 24 mois) dans un organisme de recherche en Allemagne.

The Institute for Advanced Study at Central European University in Budapest (IAS CEU) are pleased to invite applications for the Fritz Thyssen Junior fellowships for the academic year 2019/2020. Fellowships are available in all research areas of the social sciences and humanities. Fellowships run for the whole academic year (9 months, October 1- June 30) or for the Fall or Spring semesters (5 months, October 1 to Feb 28 or 6 months (Jan 1 to June 30). Junior fellowships are renewable for another year in exceptional cases and only after an external review process.
